At MPSL we pride ourselves on good customer service, in fact we strongly believe this is one of the factors that has contributed towards our growth.
With the bad weather we had at the beginning of the year, getting out to those whose boilers had broken down proved to be a massive challenge. However, it was certainly one we needed to overcome in order to help the people that were freezing in their own homes!
One of our customers sent a really lovely letter that epitomises our company ethos...
"Dear Sir, Dear Madam
Please accept my apology for the delay in writing to you in connection with the above (boiler) repair due to long illness.
During the worst weather conditions this year, while I was ill my heating broke down.
All your staff over the phone were wonderful and tried to help. Your engineer, Daniel Scott sadly did not have the required part he needed with him and so came back 2 days later as soon as he had it.
He was clearly exhausted but worked carefully, quietly and efficiently and left my flat totally tidy and clean
Please pass on my sincere thank you to all involved with getting my heating back as soon as possible"
